"My name is Hannah, I am a mother to a 2-year-old little boy. He keeps be very busy but, on the chance, I do get some time to myself I enjoy watching true crime documentaries or I enjoy exploring a new place either in the UK or abroad. My favourite food is a roast dinner and I have a big, sweet tooth so always up for a bit of chocolate afterwards.

I have been working at New Bridge Learning Centre for 4 months now, I am still finding my feet a little bit, but I am very much enjoying the role. I like that everyone is very friendly as I am a chatty person. I also do like helping people and I like that I am here to help with whatever task people need.

In my role I do a bit of everything, I sort out numbers for dinner’s, sort out the finances, do any ordering that the teachers need, do attendance and ring home regarding absences and make sure fire registrar is printed out. Every week I chase Dinner debts and sending out letters and reminders for EHCP annual reviews. I also send letters out regarding any important information. Do any task that teachers, Mr Barker and Miss Allison need. I answer the phones to parents or external people and help with any enquires they may have and I help with any visitors that come onto site. I also get task given from my manager that may need doing, so my days go fast as I feel like I am constantly busy which I love."
