World Book Day
It’s been fun and games at the college this week as students and staff celebrated World Book Day. Students took part in an array of activities such as: a Kahoot! quiz, a book cover hunt around the college, a book club session at lunch time and, of course, a surprise visit from “The Masked Reader”.
They also took part in “Drop and Everything and Read” and enjoyed some lovely cake, which was kindly decorated by Mrs Nelson.
Reading is such a vital skill needed for all aspects of life and will always be a priority at the college.
In the famous words of Dr Seuss:
“The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go”.
Have a lovely weekend everyone!

Girls Group
Welcome to another week of Girls Group, this week is quite a special week where the girls have made some spectacular gifts for Mothering Sunday.
They shared their ideas as a group and talked about what the meaning of mothering Sunday is.
Enjoy the photos and enjoy the lovely gifts.
