NBS Blog - 22.3.24
Easter is soon going to be upon us and already the nights are getting brighter, the days longer and the birds are getting up earlier. Spring has begun and before we know it Summer will be here.
I would like to say we are slowing down towards the Easter break, but we show no signs of calming down. This week we met with Andrea and our governors to talk about what we’ve achieved over the past few weeks and what’s coming for the term ahead. We are also in big discussions around the academic year ahead – which sounds very far-fetched but it will be here before we know it.
On Thursday we celebrated National Downs Syndrome Day, with a variety of odd socks and some brilliant posts of our children. Thanks to Miss Lord for the beautiful pictures posted and the fun images of the day.
This blog is not only to celebrate the accomplishments of the students but also the staff. This week our very own Chloe Bingley is now an Apple Learning Coach and Mr Bright informs me that Ms B is the first person the New Bridge MAT to achieve this!
Well done, Chloe. The work we do with Apple drives our teaching and learning, we well as our children’s knowledge and understanding of technology.
So that’s my blog for this week. We are finishing next Thursday for the Spring term.
I’m dedicating the blog this week to everyone who brings something special to the world.
