Activ8
Over the last couple of weeks, Activ8 have had a fantastic opportunity to enhance their sport leadership skills by delivering practical activities to a younger audience at a nearby primary school. All students have exceeded expectations and are growing in confidence as the weeks progress. Experiencing them express themselves in front of an audience they are not familiar with has been in particular a very proud moment of ours. All students involved have taken great care in the planning and preparation which has enabled them to develop their organisation, self-belief and determination. Well done Activ8!

Digi 2
This week in DIGI2, we started our final ePortfolio, Imaging Software. The students had the opportunity to use the DSLR cameras and take photographs of the local area. The students were fantastic- took great care of the equipment and really enjoyed learning how to use a camera. The people in the community were lovely and even commented on how mature and polite the students were.

New Bridge Barkers V The Dukes
Great team effort from the Barker this week, well done all. We didn’t get the win. However, all three games were extremely close with only one goal between the Barkers and Dukes each game.
Next week, we go again!

Pathways WBD (7.3.25)
World Book Day Poster Competition
In celebration of World Book Day, Pathways came together to share their favourite stories and characters. Students eagerly participated in engaging live lessons and challenging quizzes that sparked lively discussions. The atmosphere was filled with excitement as many students submitted entries for the Favourite Character competition.
Lyndsey Davenport kindly picked the winning posters.
Congratulations to Diane, Syd and Zarif for their winning posters. They have won a £5 voucher for Waterstones.
